Park & Playground Amenities
The Penn Township community is rich with recreational opportunities with parks and playgrounds. In addition to the recreational complex at the municipal building, Penn Township has five community playgrounds.
Bushy Run American Legion Riverside Park
The 1/4 acre located on Riverside Drive in Claridge has a basketball court, sliding board, and swings.
Grandview Basketball Court
Located at Grandview Volunteer Fire Department on Ridge Road
Level Green Elementary Park
The park was rehabilitated in 2010 with a new walking trail, basketball court, pavilion, absorbent safety surfacing, accessible rest rooms, storage building, batting cages, benches, picnic tables, outdoor grill and trees.
McCullough Elementary School Playground
The facility has a new Boundless Playground designed to be totally handicapped accessible and contains a sliding board, swings, climbing and sliding tunnels, a sand area, benches, a climbing bar, crawling barrels, and a basketball hoop.
Municipal Park Complex
Located at the grounds where the township municipal building is located at 2001 Municipal Court, Harrison City, PA 15636, the facilities on site include:

- Baseball Fields (some of which are lighted)
- Batting Cages
- Deck Hockey Court
- Skateboard Park
- Basketball Court
- Sand Volleyball Court

- Concession Stands with kitchens
- Permanent Restrooms
- Equipment Buildings for sport teams
- Picnic Facilities including pavilions and tables which are available for rentals
- Warrior Wonderland playground build in 1996 and the surface was upgraded in 2012
Sunrise Estates Playground
Constructed in 1998 with approved playground equipment including cushion ground covering, this 1-1/2-acre playground features a climbing jungle, slide, swings, picnic tables, benches, ball field, and pavilion.
Tennis Court
Located at Penn-Trafford High School
Tracks
Walking around the tracks at Penn Trafford High School, Penn Middle, and Trafford Middle is allowed when not in use by school activities.
